Join the Whole Foods Market team as a Seasonal Part-Time In-Store Shopper! We are dedicated to offering exceptional grocery delivery services to our Prime Now customers, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about quality products and outstanding customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-growing program.

As an In-Store Shopper, you will support our Store Support team by preparing Prime Now customer orders for delivery and/or pickup. You will navigate our store, selecting everyday goods ranging from food to household items. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, especially as we need team members who are available on Saturdays and Sundays, our busiest periods. Individuals who can work nights, weekends, and holidays are highly preferred!

Availability Requirements

• Receive your schedule up to 3 weeks in advance
• Average shifts range from 4 to 8 hours

Job Requirements

• Comfortable using a handheld mobile device for order fulfillment
• Efficiently and accurately fulfill online orders with a sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product and order accuracy
• Eager to learn about our products, customer service standards, and store operations
• Ability to maintain an organized staging area

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read and communicate basic English
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking 6-8 hours, sitting 1-4 hours
• Frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Movements required include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Working in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate tools and equipment, such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks
• May require the use of ladders

The wage range for this position is $20.00-$29.73 per hour, based on experience.
