Essential Job Duties:

  • Conduct Physical Inventory and Cycle Counts: Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Identify and Resolve Inventory Discrepancies: Utilize inventory systems to identify and correct stock, pricing, or product description discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
  • Maintain Business Relationships: Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve inventory-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Audit Inbound and Outbound Deliveries: Conduct audits to verify quantities, quality, and product condition; report discrepancies to management.
  • Prepare Reports on Performance Measures: Compile and analyze data on KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment to optimize processes.
  • Ensure a Safe Working Environment: Follow safety protocols for handling and transporting inventory, collaborating with safety officers to improve workplace safety.
  • Support Internal Departments: Assist sales, customer service, and warehouse teams with inventory-related requests and provide timely updates.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Take on additional tasks or special projects related to inventory management and process improvement as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Must pass a drug test
Skills Required:
  • Strong English communication skills (oral, reading, and writing)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and perform well under pressure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
