EY is looking for a seasoned professional to lead FP&A and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) engagements across multiple industries. The role sits within our Advisory Senior practice and is ideal for those who thrive on complex problem‑solving and building strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of sophisticated FP&A and EPM solutions that align with client strategic objectives.
- Own budget management, oversee end‑to‑end project execution, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams and managers, ensuring quality and risk management.
- Build and manage client relationships to support business growth and revenue generation.
- Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives and drive performance improvement.

Qualifications – Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
- Minimum 7 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Expertise in strategic planning, long‑range planning, annual operating planning (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast processes, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital planning.
- Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level preferred).
- Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
- Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

- Industry experience in operating companies (manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, financial services).
- CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
- Experience across multiple industries and with technical concepts such as data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture.

- Strong leadership and team management skills; experience managing financial projects or programs.
