The Difference You Make

As an Analyst in Investment Banking Coverage, you will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, financial analysis, and client relationship management.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

  • Provides support to senior bankers.
  • Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.
  • Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
  • Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparable, transaction comparable and LBO analysis.
  • Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
  • Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Experience in Technology Investment Banking, preferably in Software 1+ year

Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Software.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and self-starter.

Working Conditions

Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking is required for this role. Depending on location, occasional moving and lifting light equipment and/or furniture may be required. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non‑exempt), the annual range is based on a 40‑hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range
Minimum: $82,500.00 USD
Maximum: $135,000.00 USD
