Associate Attorney

Job Title: Associate Attorney – Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

Job Locations (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office): Irvine, CA 92618

Billable Hour Requirement:

• Minimum 1,900 hours per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload for local and national accounts
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses
• Handle discovery, court filings, pleadings, and e‑filing
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and case documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general liability and/or construction defect
• JD from an accredited law school
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Comfortable managing complex legal matters
