Job Summary

The Creative Minds Program Assistant (CMPA) supports the Community Outreach Program (COP) of UCSF Memory and Aging Center (UCSF MAC). The COP is a multidisciplinary team focused on brain health promotion via clinical care, community education, and community art programs. CMPA works with COP and Creative Minds leadership to maintain continuity of community-based arts and brain health programs, ensuring smooth operations, data collection, reporting, and event logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of program participation and collect event metrics.
  • Conduct program reporting using web-based platforms.
  • Collect data through questionnaires and interviews.
  • Support learning experiences of COP observers, including Atlantic Fellows and UCSF medical students, via routine communications.
  • Provide assistance with event logistics such as transporting materials, set‑up, and break‑down.
  • Support routine day‑to‑day operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school graduation and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of common computer applications.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Sound judgment for responding to issues.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python).
  • Experience with surveys and presentations (Qualtrics, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Professional conduct and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.

Percentage: 60% | Status: Limited Appointment
Employment type: Part‑time, Variable shift
Salary range: $22.67 – $32.01 per hour.
