Event Producer at Aquent

Aquent is hiring an Event Producer to join our client's external events team. In this role you will shape the public perception of groundbreaking innovations by translating visionary concepts into world‑class experiential events that captivate audiences and elevate the company's reputation.

Base Pay Range

$60.00/hr – $66.00/hr

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with extended hours, travel, and weekend work as needed for events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive production planning and onsite execution for major industry events and brand activations.
  • Manage budgets, develop timelines, cultivate vendor relationships, and oversee production schedules from kick‑off through post‑event wrap‑up.
  • Coordinate shipping, storage, and tracking of all event materials (signage, collateral, demonstration components, staging equipment).
  • Direct activation builds, strikes, and onsite logistics, ensuring every element meets brand and experiential standards.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external production partners, fabrication vendors, and brand ambassadors.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation: run‑of‑show schedules, staffing plans, production recaps.
  • Contribute to process optimization and develop scalable systems for future events.
  • Undertake necessary travel and weekend work to support onsite production and live‑event execution during peak periods.

Must‑Haves

  • Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years event production or experiential marketing experience, managing large‑scale brand activations, trade shows, or public events.
  • Ability to translate abstract brand and creative direction into compelling physical environments aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Expertise in production logistics, vendor management, and seamless onsite execution.
  • Strong budget management and organizational skills, consistently delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Experience working onsite for complex, cross‑functional events with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends as required.

  • Experience collaborating with production agencies or fabrication vendors, or working on leading global event platforms.
