Responsibilities
This will be a dual role at our reception/hospitality area.
Personnel will need to cover the main reception area when needed; duties will be mainly answering the phone, greeting guests, scheduling meetings on the firm's meeting room management tool and placing catering orders when needed.
They will also assist with conference room setup/breakdown of food and beverage service, cleaning and stocking kitchen/pantry areas, and cleaning coffee machines.
