Job Details

We are seeking a creative and collaborative Scientist with a background in virology and/or immunology and a strong interest in developing new treatments for people living with HIV. The goal of our team is to investigate novel approaches to achieve virologic control without antiretroviral medicines or cure of HIV infection. The successful candidate will be involved in the discovery and rigorous pre-clinical testing of the most promising therapeutic approaches with the ultimate aim of rapid advancement to clinical trials. **Key Responsibilities** **Basic Qualifications** Master's Degree and 4 years experience Bachelor's Degree and 6 years experience **Preferred Qualifications** PhD in virology, immunology, molecular/cellular biology, or a related field with at least 2 years of postdoctoral experience Prior experience using molecular assays to characterize the HIV reservoirs (e.g. PCR, digital PCR, flow cytometry, sequencing) is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with enthusiasm for working in a driven environment characterized by rigorous scientific and innovative thinking Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
