The PopHealth Learning Center ("Learning Center") is a California Social Purpose Corporation (SPC) committed to transforming how health care is delivered and experienced across California. Our mission is to bring together health care teams, insurers, and policymakers to keep communities healthy through care that works for patients, inspires providers, and lasts.
The Learning Center is focused on strengthening the primary care capabilities and infrastructure required to advance population health outcomes and reduce health disparities. This includes designing and managing large-scale practice transformation initiatives, delivering technical assistance through virtual learning environments and peer-based engagement, and supporting alignment across systems, funders, and care delivery partners.
The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the Learning Center's mission and daily operations. Acting as a cornerstone of our team, this individual will provide high-level executive support, ensure smooth office administration, coordinate engaging events, and contribute to key organizational projects. This is a dynamic position that extends beyond traditional administrative duties and offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where initiative, creativity, and professional growth are encouraged. Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $75,000 $105,000.
