Nevados is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial organization and guide the company through its next phase of growth in the solar tracker industry. As a core member of the executive team, you will shape company‑wide financial strategy, strengthen operational discipline, and provide clear leadership across budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investor relations.
This is a highly cross‑functional and hands‑on role focused on scaling a renewable‑energy company. You will partner closely with our engineering, operations, supply chain, field deployment, and commercial teams to ensure financial alignment across product manufacturing, project delivery, and long‑term cost optimization. Experience in solar, construction/EPC, hardware manufacturing, or other cap‑ex‑intensive industries is strongly preferred.
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 a year
This range indicates base salary. See more regarding total compensation packages below. Actual compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, skillset, and location.
Nevados offers competitive base salary, bonus, commission (if applicable to the role) and stock options commensurate with qualifications and experience.
