Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong relationships with clients, while also supporting the internal team to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, providing personalized service as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records in CRM software.
  • Develop and implement strategies for client retention and account management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports and presentations for clients and management.
  • Participate in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or customer support roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with data entry and client management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
