Plan, execute (includes dosing, measuring tumors, collecting tissues), troubleshoot and analyze in vivo pharmacology experiments (efficacy, PK/PD)
Pre‑clinical model development and characterization
Interface with cross‑functional project team members, and participate in and presentation at project team meetings and cross‑departmental team meetings
BS degree with at least 5 year of relevant experience in a related scientific discipline.
OR
MS degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a related scientific discipline.
Experience with in vivo pharmacology research experiments or related activities that support drug discovery and development.
Expertise with mouse models of cancer and cancer immunotherapy.
Proficiency with various mouse handling techniques including dosing (IV, PO, subcutaneous, IP), tumor inoculation/measurements, in life and terminal blood collection, collection and handling of tissues during necropsy and processing for ex vivo analysis.
Experience with sterile tissue culture, and molecular and basic cellular biology techniques.
Hands on experience with flow cytometry and multi‑parametric analysis is desired.
Experience with in vivo imaging is desired.
Computer literacy, especially proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently on day-to-day responsibilities and research goals.
