As a full‑time member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in driving adoption for Campfire.You. You'll work closely with new customers to understand their accounting software needs, configure the software accordingly, and provide pre‑go‑live support to help them achieve their accounting and business goals. You will report to the Head of Implementation & Customer Success as part of this role.
