What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Assist with bi-weekly multi-state payroll processing for approximately 700 employees
  • Complete verifications of employment requests and assist with manual check printing
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll records, including new hires and terminations
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and troubleshoot timekeeping software issues
  • Support HRIS administration and maintain records for compliance and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Associate's degree, preferably in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of payroll/HR administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to tasksEffective communication skills for interaction with employees and management
  • Must have reliable attendance and actively participate in the safety program

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Experience with UKG Workforce Ready and UKG Pro Software or similar payroll systems
  • HR/Payroll certification
  • Additional payroll experience in a similar role
