Job Description - Person in Charge / Security (part-time) - DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport (HOT0C0HQ)

Overview

As Person in Charge / Security, you would be responsible for ensuring a hospitable and safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members and for the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions
• Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
• Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Transport guests in hotel shuttle for contracted rides during the shift in a courteous manner using safe driving practices. Valid driver's license is required.
• Welcome to the hotel and assist team by answering PBX/telephone as needed

The hourly rate for this position is $29.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
