Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating lasting client relationships through personalized styling and strong product knowledge. The role drives sales through clienteling, digital tools, and collaboration with the store team while supporting visual standards and participating in store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth through outreach and digital clienteling.
• Support team sales goals and uphold brand policies and standards.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, and community outreach.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to Management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and mobile for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools for selling preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Comfort with performing physical tasks including climbing and moving merchandise.
