As a model UX Content Designer, you shape product experiences with a user‑centered approach supported by a technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLM). You set the vision for design and advocate for a high standard of quality. You shape the AI persona and design systems and patterns for collaborative multi‑turn interactions between users and AI. You collaborate with people in a variety of UX related jobs including researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive and helpful AI‑driven solutions that help users achieve their goals.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
