Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is a key member of the Human Resources and Operations teams helping to align business objectives with employees and management in the Restaurants. Reporting directly to the leader of the Human Resources (HR) function, the HRG will help to execute the People Strategy & Agenda by helping to operationalize policies, programs, and practices at the Restaurant level, as well as taking the lead in compiling and providing data to understand the effectiveness (or not) of these initiatives. The HRG will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the teams in the Restaurants, helping to educate and support in various aspects of Human Resources, including Employee Relations and Administrative Compliance, ensuring a solid connection between Field Operations and the Human Resources function.
