Main Responsibilities

• Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
• Communication & Correspondence: Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO. Draft responses and correspondence as needed.
• Meeting Support: Prepare agendas and follow up on action items as needed. Ensure the CEO is well‑prepared for meetings and events.
• Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Confidential Support: Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
• Project Management: Assist with strategic projects, internal initiatives, and research tasks as directed by the CEO.
• Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Additional Administrative Support: Complete expense reports, handle personal tasks (as needed), and support other executives as required.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in a dynamic, fast‑paced industry such as finance, technology, AI, or startup.
• Clear and upfront communicator who can comfortably operate with ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, detail‑oriented without missing important scheduling or travel details, and prioritize effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional communicator.
• Strong interpersonal relationships.

Compensation

Total compensation for this role also includes meaningful equity in a fast‑growing startup, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual qualifications, experience, skills, interview performance, market data, and work location. The listed salary range is intended as a guideline and may be adjusted.

Base Pay Range (Plus Equity): $120,000 USD – $150,000 USD.
