As the Maintenance Supervisor at our milk production facility, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of all equipment. You'll lead a team of maintenance technicians, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
The position will be based in San Leandro, CA and the salary range is $95,000 to $115,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
