We host open interviews Monday-Thursdays between 2pm-4:30pm. Please stop by the restaurant during that time. We do require a California Food Handler's Card and we do e-verify.

WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE
At True Food Kitchen, we take pride in a restaurant that feels noticeably clean. Our dishwashers are essential to making that happen - ensuring tableware, cookware, and the kitchen stay spotless and ready for service before, during, and after every shift. Dishwashers are truly the heart of the kitchen.
THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
- Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
- Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
- Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
- Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
- Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
- Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfort standing for extended periods
