Job Title: Front Desk Associate, P/T

Reports to: General Manager
Compensation: $22-27/hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Assist with resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and general information
- Direct incoming calls, emails, and package deliveries
- Monitor lobby activity to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Support leasing, operations, and event coordination tasks as needed
- Maintain records and logs with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with vendors and building staff for service and access needs
- Represent the property's brand standards and uphold a high level of customer service
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in hospitality, residential, or front desk roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with comfort using new software, email, and basic MS Office tools
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability – weekends are a must and holidays as needed
