100% REMOTE Contract to Hire Entry Level Attorney / Associate Attorney needed for a growing employment law firm in California. Salary: $40-$45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑litigation negotiations with opposing counsel to assess settlement or mediation opportunities.
• Draft and review pre‑litigation pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate case status and negotiation progress to the negotiation team.

Qualifications

• California Bar license.
• California residence.
• Willingness to work a 3‑month contract before conversion to a permanent direct hire role.
• Entry‑level experience (recent graduate or Associate Attorney).
