Fooda is currently recruiting for a full-time Event Coordinator in our San Francisco market. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support Fooda events in various capacities, including onsite setup, tear down, cleaning equipment and site areas, problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality setup and customer experience.
• Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operational procedures.
• Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with consumers.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Escalate issues to the Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or assist in problem-solving.
• Critical hours are over lunch Tuesday - Thursday (10 am – 2 pm), but responsibilities may span 8 am - 4 pm, depending on the market and need.

• You know the local territory and can get around efficiently in your own car.
• You're seeking a steady part-time job (20-25 hours per week) during regular business hours with flexibility.
• Prior catering or serving experience is strongly preferred.
