Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in employment class action cases. This position is based out of the San Francisco area (hybrid) and offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000.

The role involves managing all aspects of the litigation lifecycle for class action wage and hour cases. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, coordinating hearings, depositions, and trials, drafting legal documents, filing through the CM/ECF system, and utilizing e-discovery platforms such as Relativity or Everlaw. Additionally, the position will play a key role in mentoring a strong team of junior paralegals.

Ideal candidates should be passionate about working with attorneys for successful outcomes on employment class action cases, have experience filing in a superior court, demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, and enjoy helping team members reach their potential.
