LHH is partnering with an organization in San Francisco, CA in search of a temporary Executive Assistant to support two senior executives. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with exposure to board‑level operations and high‑profile stakeholders. The company operates at the intersection of media and technology, offering a nimble and fast‑moving culture.
The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and strategic professional with a strong background supporting C‑level executives, particularly CFOs and CHROs. They must be comfortable handling confidential information, managing board‑related tasks, and navigating ambiguity with confidence and discretion.
Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $56.00/hr
Job Type: Contract (3–6 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid, mostly remote with occasional onsite presence in San Francisco, CA
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Pay Rate: $50–$56/hour, depending on experience
