Front Desk Staff – Residential Tower

We have an immediate opportunity for a polished, personable customer service professional to support one of the city's most prestigious residential towers. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and guests—offering warm greetings, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring service requests are handled promptly. You'll also oversee a well-organized mailroom, managing deliveries and packages with precision and care.

Location

San Francisco, CA

Shift Availability

Weekend shifts: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Some mid‑week shifts included.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for residents and guests
  • Warm greetings and assistance with resident inquiries
  • Prompt handling of resident service requests
  • Mailroom oversight: accurate and careful delivery and package management

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Mailroom or back‑office experience a plus
  • Flexibility for on‑call additional shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 6+ months in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Salary

$81,000 – $133,000 1 week ago
