Security Supervisor (Overnight) – Complex Hilton Union Square / Parc 55 San Francisco, a Hilton Hotel

Pay: $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Schedule: Overnight availability, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

The Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 complex is looking for a Security Supervisor. Our downtown San Francisco hotels are located at the heart of the city, with the Powell Street station and cable car turnaround a block away. Parc 55 has 1,024 guest rooms and Hilton Union Square has 1,921 guest rooms. If you have the drive and passion to provide an exceptional level of security and safety for our guests and employees, this is the position for you.

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Active Guard Card
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• 2+ years of previous security experience
• 1 year of security supervision experience
• Hotel experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards.
• Patrol interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential risks.
• Coordinate and lead response to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
• Promote safe work practices.
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, evaluations, training, scheduling, assignments, and recognition.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents and write reports with accurate documentation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner.
• Perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
