About the Role

The Account Manager ensures a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing security services and related operations for a portfolio of smaller accounts. The role includes client service, problem resolution, service enhancement, new business development, operational effectiveness, post‑order preparation, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training, and providing leadership to Security Supervisors on site requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage security services and related operations for assigned accounts.
• Provide client service and problem resolution.
• Drive service enhancement and expansion initiatives.
• Lead new business development efforts.
• Ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Prepare post orders and coordinate site staffing and scheduling.
• Supervise, train, and develop Security Supervisors.
• Coordinate site requirements, priorities of work, and other needs with Security Supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
