Base pay range

$31.25/hr - $33.65/hr

What you'll do

  • Support the seasonal product development process for the brand, partnering closely with the Merchandise Manager.
  • Perform in-season and hindsight selling analysis by department and line, as well as ad hoc reporting requested by the Merchandise team.
  • Manage product lines in Toolio, ensuring accuracy and alignment across systems.
  • Partner with the Production team as needed to support product development and execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for product samples, providing product details and assets for the website.
  • Maintain full responsibility for sample management and tracking across all collections.

What you'll bring

  • Responsible for sample management, closet maintenance, and tracking.
  • Run weekly preproduction sample review with cross-functional team.
  • Organize samples for the website, seasonal lifestyle shoots, and PPR meetings.
  • Complete seasonal projects for merchants.
  • Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and run reports weekly and as needed by merchant team.
  • Follow projects/tasks through to completion.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills as well as a strong proficiency working with numbers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong organizational skills.
  • PC skills required, including experience with Word and Excel applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with all levels within the organization.

Actual starting pay for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, relevant skills, education, and geographic location.
