Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2

Job Summary

This role requires a Permanent Resident or US citizen due to specific job requirements. Seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst with a robust background in data science and analytics, including advanced SQL skills, to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing data access methodologies, particularly focusing on attribute‑based access controls, and ensuring adherence to data governance policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance frameworks and be adept at leveraging analytics and machine learning to solve complex issues, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop attribute‑based access controls and methodologies to ensure seamless technical integration of policy requirements.
• Create and enforce access control policies using SQL and Immuta.
• Design and implement compliance tracking and measurement methodologies.
• Undertake assessments of risks and compliance with data and analytics policies, recommending and implementing improvements for effectiveness.
• Collaborate across teams to support enterprise‑wide information/data systems, contributing actively to Agile Release Teams.

Must‑Have Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Immuta
• Data Governance and Data Access management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Industry Experience

Experience in the banking or financial sector preferred due to the specific nature of data governance challenges and regulatory requirements in this domain.
