Overview

We are working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role - either at the SF or East Bay office. Base pay

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
• Assist in discovery and evidence management, including document collection, review, and deposition preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to support litigation workflow.
• Utilize case management software and e-filing systems to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of litigation Paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience handling discovery, trial preparation, and electronic filing in state and federal courts.
• Proficiency in legal software (case management, e-filing, and research platforms).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Competitive salary: $85-115k, based on experience.
