Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of key customer requirements in semiconductor markets: understand challenges the customer faces, the technical requirements for our products, and the value represented by our solution.
  • Manage new product introduction with field teams and customers to ensure product success and market share gain.
  • Understand our position relative to the competition through competitive SWOT analysis and use this understanding to develop marketing and product introduction strategies.
  • Define product roadmaps that clearly establish SPT's competitive advantage.
  • Develop marketing plans and product roadmaps to drive product definition, design and development, customer engagements, and market penetration.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of product developments incl. budgets, expenditures, and projected R&D cost, ROI and profit-and-loss projections.
  • Develop use cases, marketing materials, sales collateral, market communication plans including press releases, launch materials and customer presentations.
  • Working closely with program and engineering to develop new products or features.
  • Customer visits and meetings with up to roughly 20% travel. Establish and communicate comprehensive service strategies for each product line. Use the strategy to drive activity across numerous functional groups.
  • Participate in design reviews, develop and deliver requirements for design-for-service and the service business roadmap to ensure the product meets entitled performance in the following areas: Reliability, Availability, Cost of Service, measurement performance and tool-to-tool matching. This also includes defining CIP programs and product performance features to achieve improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Bachelor's Level Degree
