Job Details

We are looking for a Senior FullStack (JS) Engineer with a keen eye for design and excellent UX sensibilities. You will be responsible for developing new internal software products and solving complex technical challenges for scale-ups and enterprise companies. The ideal candidate should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks, and possess outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

BS/B.Tech in Computer Science (or related field), with 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
• Solving complex technical problems.
• Analyzing problem statements objectively and devising unbiased technical solutions before coding.
• Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
• Participating in and driving code reviews.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven expertise in building production-grade, high-performance applications using ES2019/ES2020.
• Ability to convert Figma or Sketch prototypes into pixel-perfect screens.
• High proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript / ReasonML.
• Self-starter capable of working independently in a fluid environment.
• Excitement for developing highly scalable and distributed systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.
• Experience working on large-scale production systems.

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing products for multiple international markets and languages (i18n, l10n).
• Prior experience with Go & Python.
• Open-source contributions, side projects, blog posts, or tech videos.
