As a Sr. Program Manager/PMO, conduct planning, crafting, leading, and implementing all vital activities to run the successful execution of office construction projects. Support a new retail client as they set up their Workplace Environment team. Provide centralized control that results in a collaborative environment with consistent project execution, supply chain and resource management, detailed fiscal governance, and a dedication to innovation. Creating and implementing program and project controls, such as playbooks, processes, RFP's, contracts, dashboards, trackers, templates, and tools. These individual aims to reduce the risk of defects in all products and processes.
