Thats why were looking for a Lead Product Manager who will dig into the details and help define and deliver a world?class product experience for our customer base that grows the scale, effectiveness, and success of our business.
The ideal candidate for this role loves getting into the details, goes deep with customers to understand their needs and translating those to successful products, has a proven track record of collaborating with sales, business, operations, and customer service teams, has experience working on Microsoft as a product, and is skilled at communicating across levels and functions. Success in the role will be measured by customer NPS, customer feedback, and value delivered to the business.
