Thats why were looking for a Lead Product Manager who will dig into the details and help define and deliver a world?class product experience for our customer base that grows the scale, effectiveness, and success of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Spend time with our customers to dig into how they prospect and find new clients, and how these processes fit with their day?to?day operations, to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to identify and prioritize opportunities and turn them into requirements, designs, and code.
  • Meet with sales and business operation leaders to align on top pain points that have surfaced and map them to solutions that we can build over time.
  • Shadow customers to watch them walk through our business processes and identify new areas of opportunity.
  • Partner with your fellow product managers on product changes that may impact customer leasing solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate for this role loves getting into the details, goes deep with customers to understand their needs and translating those to successful products, has a proven track record of collaborating with sales, business, operations, and customer service teams, has experience working on Microsoft as a product, and is skilled at communicating across levels and functions. Success in the role will be measured by customer NPS, customer feedback, and value delivered to the business.

Qualifications

  • Prior product experience working with platform services is absolutely essential.
  • Demonstrated experience taking team strategy into account when making roadmap decisions and effectively communicating those strategic ties to your cross?functional team members.
  • Proven ability to make a meaningful impact on the product strategy through day?to?day product execution and your contributions to the roadmap.
  • You have more than 10 years of product management experience, having evolved product portfolios that have attracted meaningful customer adoption and generated significant revenue.
  • Bachelors degree and 12+ years of related experience preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Vision You have an eye for great products, including defining and driving new features with quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
  • Customer Focus You comprehend and advocate for the product and our customers; you bring strong customer empathy and experience driving product direction and execution based on customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Attention to Detail You sweat the small stuff, and you raise the teams standards for quality and attention to detail.
  • Planning Lead cross?functional participation in planning and execution; direct product development toward the highest?ROI opportunities.
  • Decisive You can translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs into solid action plans and precise requirements.
  • Communication Skills Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting epics, user stories, and tasks.
  • Leadership You can unite and steer one or more teams aligned to the same goal without direct managerial authority.
  • Product management experience at a leading technology company, enterprise software and/or real estate software experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in adopting product management best practices, standards and policies.
  • Strategic thinker. Understands business objectives and converts them into clear product plans, follows through with execution.
  • Analytical and results oriented. Uses hard data to assess opportunities, metrics driven, ruthless in prioritization, overcomes obstacles to drive business outcomes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and challenge. Thrives in a fast?paced environment, concurrently manages multiple initiatives, remains optimistic.
  • Excellent communicator. Articulates the product strategy and roadmap, structures the problem at hand, experienced and comfortable gaining alignment and in presenting to senior executives.

Nice to haves
  • Enterprise software, commercial real estate, real estate technology, mortgage technology, or FinTech experience.
  • Demonstrated success coaching and leading a team(s) in a rapidly growing and iterative culture.
  • You have owned product strategy for complex commercial products. You have experience identifying and managing risks associated with products you own.
