Base Pay Range

$260,000.00/yr – $310,000.00/yr

Job Summary

We are activating a search for a mid‑level Corporate Associate (M&A) to join this high‑performing legal team across several major U.S. hubs, including San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York, Seattle, Santa Monica, Washington DC, or Boston. Priority consideration will be given to candidates targeting San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and New York. (Relocation support is available.)

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of M&A experience from a leading corporate practice.
• Strong academic performance and polished communication capabilities.
• Affinity for supporting technology or life‑sciences clients is strongly valued.
• Candidates must hold active bar admission in their desired jurisdiction or be eligible for waiver within 3–6 months (bar exam sponsorship is not supported).
