We are working in a hybrid mode- 2 days from home and 3 days from our offices.

About the position:

As a senior Full Stack Engineer at GreenRoad, you will lead the transition to our next-generation fleet safety web platform, shaping architecture, driving best practices in design and development, and contributing across the stack. You'll also support adjacent initiatives including integration, performance optimization, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of GreenRoad's next-generation web platform.
  • Maintain existing platform and ensure that the current platform runs smoothly while you work on transforming it into new architecture.
  • Continuous Improvement of the platform's performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Work closely with the product team, architect, and other developers to define and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in .NET technologies for backend development – must.
  • Experience with relational databases like MS-SQL and MySQL – must.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience with non-relational databases, such as MongoDB – advantage.
  • Solid experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, ELB- advantage.
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Big Data technologies – advantage.
  • AWS certification(s) – advantage
  • Experience with location-based services or geospatial data – advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills and articulate in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently, while still being a true team player with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
