Responsibilities
- Manage product backlog, customer tickets, build dashboards.
- Optimizing and building workflows on Monday.com.
- Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results.
- Help set up a wiki platform.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis and optimizing workflow.
- Preferable to be newer to the field, open to advice, able to bring ideas to the team.
- Start‑up experience preferred over big‑tech experience; high years of experience not desired.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communicator – understands how to get to the root of the issue, communicates solutions effectively.
- PM background – basics of Project Management and ability to complete projects from start to finish.
- Software requirements: Asana, Jira, Monday.com.
- Nice‑to‑have: Confluence, Wiki experience.

- Pay range: $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
