Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog, customer tickets, build dashboards.
• Optimizing and building workflows on Monday.com.
• Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results.
• Help set up a wiki platform.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis and optimizing workflow.
• Preferable to be newer to the field, open to advice, able to bring ideas to the team.
• Start‑up experience preferred over big‑tech experience; high years of experience not desired.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communicator – understands how to get to the root of the issue, communicates solutions effectively.
• PM background – basics of Project Management and ability to complete projects from start to finish.
• Software requirements: Asana, Jira, Monday.com.
• Nice‑to‑have: Confluence, Wiki experience.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay range: $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
