Our LTS (LinkedIn Talent Solutions) Monetization Strategic Finance team is seeking an Associate to partner with LinkedIn's LTS leaders in shaping GTM finance strategy, monitoring key business metrics, identifying trends, and assessing the financial impact of strategic initiatives. This role will support the LTS Growth and Performance Strategic Finance team — helping to craft both long- and short-term GTM strategy through data-driven insights, managing performance to understand and optimize field growth, and helping Sales and cross-functional teams (PMM, Pricing, GTM Ops) prioritize based on impact sizing.
A strong candidate is equally comfortable and skilled at crafting a thoughtful plan and rolling up their sleeves to get it done. We are looking for someone who excels at driving execution across multiple senior stakeholders, demonstrates strong ownership to dig deep into highly technical and complex areas to drive impact, and is highly analytical with strong business acumen.
Key partners this role will collaborate with include Sales, Pricing, PMM, GTM Ops, and Strategic Finance partners.
LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $80,000 to $128,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
