Summary

The role supports manufacturing operations by following SOPs and quality systems, handling production documentation, operating equipment, and performing quality checks to meet daily production goals in a regulated, safety-critical environment. It's suitable for candidates with varying education/experience levels and offers training support for motivated applicants.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Manufacturing SOPs and Quality System requirements.
• Accurately complete production documentation (weights, times, dates, in-process entries).
• Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment (e.g., conveyors, speed control).
• Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot process issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory procedures for Schedule I–V materials.

Education & Years of Experience

• High School Diploma: 1–3 years in manufacturing or lab environment
• Some College: 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree: 0–1 year of relevant experience

Required Skills

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of prior experience in manufacturing or laboratory background.
• Experience working in regulated or GMP environments.
• Hands-on experience handling controlled substances (Schedule I–V).
• Familiarity with production equipment and troubleshooting processes.
• Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic work environments.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or laboratory workflows.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in cold/noisy environments with PPE.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborative environments.
