We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily logistics and mailroom operations for a well-known Entertainment company in San Francisco. This role plays an integral part in ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, as well as providing exceptional service to executives and VIP clients on campus.

Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite
• Location: San Francisco, CA 94129 (local candidates or easy commute preferred)
• Pay Rate: $21–$26/hr. DOE

What You'll Do

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders
• Perform regular mail runs, including pickup and delivery of mail and packages throughout the campus and across multiple locations
• Sort, scan, and deliver incoming mail and packages to the appropriate personnel
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers — including creating shipping labels and troubleshooting issues as needed
• Receive and log incoming deliveries; inspect for damage and notify recipients promptly
• Utilize Oracle or similar enterprise systems to receive and process items against purchase orders
• Support additional administrative or logistical needs as required

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Experience with FedEx systems and troubleshooting (required); familiarity with UPS and USPS (preferred)
• Experience with Oracle or comparable shipping and inventory systems; SC Logic experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Competence with Windows-based systems and basic keyboarding
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international shipping (not required but a plus)
