Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our team. In addition to the traditional roll‑up‑your‑sleeves tax preparation and client advisory, the role requires a strong sense of entrepreneurship, strategy, and collaboration. What you will do

• Prepare complex individual, business (c‑corp, s‑corp, partnerships), exempt & fiduciary tax returns.
• Build, maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Advise clients on issues related to tax, finance & business practices.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex tax issues.
• Support manager with various ad‑hoc projects.

What we look for

• 3+ years of experience preparing a variety of tax returns.
• Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies relating to tax, accounting, and finance.
• Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred.
• EA or CPA required (or actively working towards licensure).
