Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. Responsible for gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into clear technical specifications, as well as creating process documentation and workflows.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Create process documentation, workflows, and diagrams to support ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture requirements and validate solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow projects.
• Strong ability to gather and document requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in creating process documentation, workflows, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
