Responsible for the execution of events onsite .5% - Acts as Meeting Host primary contact onsite at each event. Works hand in hand with service partners who support and ensure appropriate execution and service delivery in each area - catering, audio/ video production, security, transportation. Day-of event support includes being on-call and/or onsite during events, running product demos (or training a qualified person to do so), and event documentation (surveys, photos, etc.). 35% - May conduct staff meetings, event spacewalk-throughs, and briefings. Assists in problem solving and providing additional staff when needed. Confirms crisis management communication plan is in place and implements crisis management procedures, as needed.
