Position Purpose: Join our team as a Customer Experience Associate, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction through various non-sales functions. In this position, you'll ensure a seamless order fulfillment experience, assist customers in-store, and handle essential administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing outstanding support to customers, helping them navigate store departments and locate merchandise.
• Answering inquiries about product order status and providing accurate information.
• Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with operational programs.
• Collaborating effectively with fellow Associates, vendors, and carriers.
• Maintaining a strong focus on store objectives while executing key operational duties.

This role may involve direct interaction with customers or vendors. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with excellent time management skills, who can work independently with integrity and responsiveness to operational needs.

Specific positions may include: Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
