Media Production Animator Role

Requirements:

Strong Houdini animation production skills. Experience with node-based compositing software, Nuke is preferred.

Practical knowledge and experience with a professional animation pipeline. Experience utilizing basic business and creative software (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, and Illustrator).

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills. Sketch and or drawing skills a plus. A strong interest in storytelling. Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to learn and keep current with new trends, software, and techniques. Ability to work independently while managing multiple deliverables. Portfolio of work showcasing the applicants breadth of animation, compositing, and data visualization capabilities.

Ability to obtain a security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite. Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with 6+ years minimum of related professional experience - OR - a Masters degree with 4+ years of related professional experience. An additional 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree. Or Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with 10+ years minimum of related professional experience - OR - a Masters degree with 8+ years of related professional experience. An additional 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
