Job Summary
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President of Implementation and Professional Services will oversee customer support, implementation, and professional services functions. The role drives scalable implementation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of our post‑sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive value realization by ensuring customers achieve desired outcomes, accelerate time to value, and deliver ROI.
- Lead customer onboarding to enable all buyers and suppliers to trade via our Order Management System (OMS).
- Oversee project management for all customer projects, partnering with technical resources to deliver on the agreed scope of work.
- Manage integration engineering resources that participate in releases, system upgrades, and connectivity changes.
- Coordinate data management practices to standardize, cleanse, and enrich data for analytics, spend reporting, rebate calculations, and claims validations.
- Lead a technical customer support team that provides 24/7 support, develops training, and resolves issues quickly and effectively.
- Partner with the People team to advocate employee engagement initiatives and optimize performance processes for high‑performing teams.
- Implement a Business Operating System for the function and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Adopt an AI‑first mentality, exploring AI‑enabled solutions for faster, better results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 15 years of experience in implementation, project management, or operations.
- 10+ years of leadership experience building high‑performing, diverse, and remote teams.
- Experience setting strategy and ensuring execution through scaled programs.
- Expertise managing complex operational processes and customer experience strategies in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proven data analysis and insight derivation.
- Deep understanding of software implementation processes and SOP writing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Distinctive problem‑solving skills and experience driving projects from strategy to execution.
