Job Summary

As a Dual Store Manager at Joe & The Juice, you will lead two stores, driving performance, culture, and growth across both locations. You set the tone for your teams, ensuring operational excellence, strong leadership presence, and an unforgettable guest experience that reflects the true spirit of JOE.

Position Title: Dual Store Manager
Reports To: District Manager
Pay: Starting at $100,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Build, coach, and empower two high‑performing teams with a strong focus on motivation, development, and accountability.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across both stores, ensuring consistency in performance, service quality, and brand standards.
• Guest Experience: Champion a culture of hospitality so every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
• Financial Ownership: Manage labor, overhead, and profit goals across both stores, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• KPI Management: Drive key performance indicators such as guest retention, app usage, product quality, and store audit results.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure both stores operate under the highest health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Talent Development: Identify and grow future leaders within your teams to support company growth and succession planning.

Key Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail.
• Proven success managing multiple locations or large‑scale operations.
• Strong commercial mindset with an analytical approach to results.
• Natural motivator with a track record of building strong, engaged teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift between 50–60 lbs.
• Comfortable performing bending, stooping, and squatting movements.
